A former pastor, Derek brings a passionate, heart-felt approach as a Master Trainer in the Real Life Management methodology. He also provides administrative oversight of the day-to-day operations of Real Life, assuring the company serves its coaches and clients at the highest level. Derek also brings a warm sense of humor and approachability when working with coaches and clients, and has more than a decade of experience in coaching and training.
Thomas Cain

Thomas has experienced both the highest highs and lowest lows of life. After a failed marriage left him homeless and abandoned, Thomas went on a quest to rediscover who he was. On this quest, he discovered Real Life Management. Through that, he has overcome addiction and feelings of hopelessness to discover his purpose and his passion. how to experience more Real Life Success. Thomas' ability to relate to people where they are, and share hope and confidence (through his personal story) there is a life worth living and opportunities yet to be discovered.
Billy Shea

Billy's ability to relate to many different people from various walks of life derives from his childhood experiences, working in a few different trades and playing sports since he was four years old, which included playing four years of college baseball and a very brief stint in pro ball. Billy is married with two young boys and can firmly attest to the supreme benefits of what RLM has accomplished in altering his attitude. Thus, cultivating enhanced spiritual, family and relationship qualities in life. Billy passionately desires to pass onto others what RLM can do in aiding others "scale up" in their respective areas of pursuit.

With his attention to detail, he's been a valuable asset in helping the organization create the systems and processes necessary to serve a truly global audience. Clyde also provides technical expertise along with helping the organization remain forward-looking to serve their clients and coaches at the highest level.
