This Agreement spells out the mutual obligations and responsibilities of each party as well as the terms and conditions to become certified as an independent RLM Coach and use our methodology in your practice. This will need to be completed and returned to our office prior to completing your certification training with our Staff and Trainers.

As an alternative, you can scan the completed Agreement to your Google Drive, One Drive, or Dropbox and share a secure download link with our office.

TRAINING: Certification classes are held monthly, typically the last Thursday and Friday of the month. Training is held virtually via Zoom. You will want to block off both days in their entirety, as you will be required to be in all of the training sessions as part of the certification process. You will also need to pay your registration fees, which include your certification training, a one-year license to use our proprietary RLM System in your practice, as well as be granted one-year access to our Survey Reporting Software platform.
